Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Enrollment Cancellation

Students can request cancellation of their enrollment in any skill development course within 48 hours of original payment. To cancel an enrollment, please send a written request to info@skeleo.com with your student ID, name, and purchase invoice.

2. Refund Terms

Please read the following guidelines regarding refunds for our programs:

• Full Refund: Applicable only if the request is submitted within 48 hours of enrollment AND before the student registers on the learning portal/accesses course modules.
• Partial Refund: If course modules have been accessed, we reserve the right to subtract processing, GST, and LMS fees from the original amount.
• No Refund: No refunds will be provided after 7 days from the transaction date under any circumstances.

3. Processing Timelines

Once your refund request is verified and approved by our admissions board, the credit will automatically be processed back to your original payment method (bank account, credit/debit card, UPI). This typically takes 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank's clearance cycles.
